Pricing:
Please see the NY Floor Plan for booth pricing. A minimum deposit of 50% of total booth prices before discounts is required to reserve your booth space. All booth spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. All deposits are non-refundable. Balances must be paid in full by the established dates or your space reservation will be cancelled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This will confirm the agreement to take exhibit space in either the Hotel New Yorker, or any other Convention Center. It is hereby agreed that the undersigned will abide by the rules and regulations in this agreement. Acceptance of this application by or on behalf of the expo shall constitute a contract.
1. By signing this contract, exhibitors agree to hold harmless the NEWLIFE EXPO or any of the venues mentioned above from any claims, financial or otherwise made by any individual or entity. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booth.
2. Refund policy: All deposits and booth payments are NONREFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation, the booth price may be applied towards a booth the same size or larger in the next expo in that city, minus a 25% processing fee (unless cancellation is within one month of show). In this case, payments and deposits are nonrefundable.
3. The Expo reserves the right to fully determine the eligibility of any company, person, product and or service in the exhibit area.
4. The Expo reserves the right to reject, eject or prohibit any exhibitor and representative thereof for violation of these rules without any monetary refund.
5. The Expo will provide overnight security in the exhibit halls on Friday and Saturday, but assumes no liability for theft or loss of any kind. Insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
6. Hold Harmless Clause: Exhibitors or outside contractors assume entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save NEWLIFE EXPO, Hotel New Yorker, or any other Convention Center and its employees and agents harmless against all claims losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, expenses and attorneys' fees arising out of or caused by each exhibitor's or outside contractor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition or hotel premises or a part thereof excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of their employees and agents. In addition each exhibitor or outside contractor acknowledges that NEWLIFE EXPO, Hotel New Yorker or any other Convention Center do not maintain insurance covering exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor or outside contractor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by exhibitor or outside contractor.
7. Distribution of samples and promotional-type literature is fully restricted to the confines of the booth.
8. The Expo will provide an "A BOOTH", a skirted, draped table, 2 chairs, except where otherwise designated (table top exhibits), 6 identification passes, 4 for mini booths, 2 for table top exhibits, 1 for psychics or bodyworkers for booth personnel and an identifying sign, with exhibit name and booth number. There will be a charge of $10.00 for each additional booth pass.
9. Smoking in the exhibit hall is strictly forbidden. All federal, state and city laws pertaining to fire and safety, must be observed and adhered to.
10. Any matter not specifically covered in this contract shall be subject solely to the decision of the Expo.
11. In event of any outside causes that prevent the Expo from taking place or forces the expo to change locations or dates the management reserves the right to retain exhibitor payments for expense compensation.
12. Exhibitor staff agree to conduct themselves in a peaceful, cooperative and harmonious manner as is appropriate to the integrity of attendees, fellow exhibitors, show man agreement and the Hotel New Yorker, Broward Convention Center.
13. Although the Expo will not guarantee a definite number of attendees, the Expo agrees to create a full effort in promoting public relations to generate crowds. The expo reserves the right to change booth location if it deems it necessary.
14. Exhibitors will indemnify the Expo show management for claims and suits arising between the exhibitor and show rental. Exhibitors who prepare, distribute and/or sell any food or beverage products hereby indemnify the Expo and the facility from any claims or damages relating to the preparation, distribution, sale or consumption of such products.
15. Exhibitors agree to be responsible for Sales Taxes, Business Fees and/or any Government fines thereof.
16. This contract will be official when signed by representatives of the exhibitor and Expo.
17. Exhibitors will not assign this Agreement or sublicense any part of the space herein provided without the express written consent of the Expo. The Expo will not provide parking before, during or after the event. No exhibitor is guaranteed exclusivity unless done so in writing by NEWLIFE EXPO.
18. Exhibit hours. each exhibitor is required to keep at least one attendant in his booth during all show hours. There is absolutely no moving out allowed prior to the official end of the show unless so directed by expo management.
19. Balances must be paid in full, and all checks cleared, by the established dates or your space reservation will be cancelled.
20. All exhibitors must be set up by 2:30 on Friday and manned throughout the Expo. If this does not occur the Expo has the right to move or eliminate booth at management's discretion.
